Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless marked final sale or perishable. Proof of purchase is required.

Contact us with your order number and reason. We will confirm whether a return, exchange, or refund applies.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
